LLBA and NGR Work Day

It’s time for spring cleaning here at Grand Oaks and getting ready for summer camps. We have various projects and items that need volunteer help to accomplish. If you are willing and able to help vacuum, wash, windows, haul brush, or be an able bodied person, we have something for you. The work day is scheduled to begin around 9 am and go till 3 pm. Please bring some water and possibly a lunch. Below are some of the items that need workers, look it over and see if there is a project that you are interested in.

| Cover soffit with siding on Nurse Cabin |
| Power wash Staff Bunkhouse, re-stain exterior |
| Power wash Retreat Center, re-stain exterior |
| Repair and replace original dumpster fence with new boards |
| Cut dead trees |
| Burn brush piles |
| Rake and burn leaves |
| Clear around trees and shrubs with mulch – re-mulch |
| Weed the sand volleyball court |
| Frame a new ninth hole on the Mini-golf course for concrete |
| Plan and build new Mini-golf features/obstacles |
| Wire wheel the front of Dining Hall – Remove loose paint |
| Peel Stop front of Dining Hall |
| Primer front of Dining Hall |
| Paint front of Dining hall – 2 coats |
| Clean Hilltop Cabins |
